A large housing organisation is using Theatre techniques to train and develop their managers.
Managers attend an assessment centre for purposes of testing out their skills in order to develop them further.
Our business actors take a number of roles relevant to the types of individuals and situations that the managers may encounter during their work, such as business leaders, supliers, council employees and clients.
Characterisations are played that stretch and test the managers in these different situations.
Following each interaction, the actors give developmental feedback to the managers on how they might enhance their skills.
