A major government regulator is using Theatre techniques to train their senior managers in recruitment and selection techniques, particularly interviewing skills.

Our business actors take the role of candidates for a specific and actual organisational job, but provide characterisations that stretch and test the managers as they hold their interview panels.

Following each panel interview, our business actors are giving developmental feedback to the panel members on how they might enhance their interviewing process and personal skills.
