Using Theatre in Management Development

Theatre techniques can be used very effectively in Management Development, either to support a development programme, or as the main focal point of a training initiative.

A stage production can be used as the vehicle for people to work together collaboratively to put together some form of presentation or show.

This can range from writing and performing a simple sketch as an activity during a course or seminar, to mounting a full stage production in a conference suite, with either actors or course members themselves providing the acting and other backstage roles. Full equipment for the technical infrastructure can be provided as necessary.
